No cart in the hallway during a meeting, no vacuum under a developer’s desk at 3 PM, no mop bucket in the lobby when a client walks in. The crew is there between your close and your open, executes the scope, and leaves the building in the same state it was in when you locked up — only cleaner.

That only works if the access protocol is airtight. We document every keycode, every lockbox, every badge-in requirement in a site-notes file we share with the crew lead and only the crew lead. Handoffs are logged. Key returns are photographed. If the access story breaks, we hear about it inside two hours, not the next morning.

Rick walks your building with you. We note alarm panels, dock auto-locks, elevator after-hours restrictions, and problem areas. Then we design an access protocol that fits your building.

Flat monthly fee with the nightly schedule and every access detail documented. You know what happens every shift. The crew lead knows what to do before they ever set foot in your building.

Time-stamped photos of restrooms, breakrooms, and scope-critical areas in your inbox by the time the crew is back in the truck. Alarm-armed confirmation within five minutes of that.

Nightly cleaning Denver — FAQ

What does a nightly cleaning schedule actually mean?
Five shifts per week — typically Mon–Fri after 6 PM or before 6 AM. Some facilities prefer 6x (adding Saturday). We set the window during the walk-through based on your building's after-hours HVAC, alarm monitoring, and dock access.
How do you handle after-hours access without someone there?
Three options depending on your building: (1) crew-assigned alarm code + lockbox with a physical key, (2) keycard/fob loaned to crew lead and returned to reception lockbox at shift end, (3) property manager badge credentialing for high-rise buildings. All three are documented in your site-notes file and every handoff is logged.
What does nightly cleaning cost in Denver?
Most 5K–25K sqft commercial facilities on a nightly schedule land $1,500–$4,500/mo depending on scope. A 10K sqft office nightly (5x/week) with 4 restrooms and a breakroom is usually around $2,200–$2,800/mo. We price on a written scope of work, flat monthly — never hourly, never per-visit.
Can we do 3x/week instead of nightly to save money?
Yes and we'll tell you honestly when it makes sense. Offices under 20 headcount often do fine on 3x/week (Mon/Wed/Fri) with daily trash pulls handled by staff. Above that, or if you have clients walking in daily, nightly pays for itself in fewer complaints and stocked restrooms.
What if a shift gets missed?
Two-hour callback from Rick during business hours. We either cover it with a backup crew that night or run a makeup shift the next day at no charge. Missed shifts show up in the monthly QC log — that's how you know we're not burying problems.
