This policy explains how Clean Works LLC (“Clean Works”) collects and uses information on this website. It is not written for a regulator. It is written to tell you what we do — plainly.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, facility size, service interest, phone, email, and message. We may also see standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit). That’s it. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your request — schedule a walk-through, send a quote, and maintain the business relationship. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We keep records long enough to support legitimate business and tax requirements.
Service providers
We use Vercel to host this site and may use an email delivery provider (such as Resend or Google Workspace) to process form submissions and business email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete or correct anything we have about you. Email rick@cleanworksdenver.com and we will handle it. We do not intentionally collect information from anyone under 18.
